Gabi Kool, CEO of Coalition Rewards, owner and operator of the PINS program, and Martin Gauss, President and CEO of airBaltic, introduce the innovative Shopper Flyer Program PINS during a discussion with Corporate Review with guest host Donald Trump Jr, reports BC press service of Coalition Rewards.

Gabi Kool, CEO of Coalition Rewards, the owner and operator of the PINS program states: “We’ve developed a new loyalty model between the traditional FFP model on one hand and the Coalition Loyalty model on the other hand. We provide customers with insights and strategies that are part of effective loyalty and marketing programs, as well as customer experience management. Our concept allows even small companies to affordably participate in a significant program with truly valuable rewards. We are proud that our PINS program is now featured on a global scale via broadcasts on Bloomberg International and FOX News as it is great recognition of the progress the program is making.” PINS is the first customer loyalty program globally which combined an existing retail loyalty program, YkkösBonus in Finland, and a frequent flyer program, BalticMiles,  in one cross-border customer loyalty program - offering consumers more benefits than ever. Using one combined loyalty card, members can collect PINS from more than 700 partners worldwide.

Martin Gauss, President and CEO of airBaltic, adds: “We always try to stay ahead of the innovations and PINS plays a very important part of the innovative spirit of airBaltic. We have PINS as our Frequent Flyer Program and it has a very high acceptance among our passengers. This new loyalty model that has been developed is highly suitable for especially LCC’s and mid-size airlines in the aviation industry and it could be that many airlines will follow our example with this innovative approach in building value for the airline and its customers.”

JL Haber, the Vice President of Programming of Corporate Review, notes: “Coalition Rewards is the type of innovative and impactful company our viewers turn to us for information. Certainly, a number of businesses can benefit from the services and concepts offered by Coalition Rewards’ PINS program.”

The loyalty currency for the program is PINS which members can collect for shopping online, traveling, eating out, buying groceries, jewelry, fragrances or toys for the kids and much more.  The program also offers PINS at a wide range of well-known international online shops for travel, home, sports, beauty and more. PINS can be spent on groceries, flight tickets, electronics, gift cards or more than 2000 other products and experiences available online. When spending in “Online Rewards”, you can also use PINS in combination with money. In 2014, PINS was the number one brand in Finland in the Google Search ranking.
