New automobile sales in Latvia expected to grow 15% in 2014

"By the end of the year, about 160 automobiles will have been sold in Latvia – "Volkswagen Up", "Nissan Leaf", "Nissan NV200", "Mitsubishi i-MEV", "Tesla" and others. This accounts for slightly more than 1% of the market – which is a five times larger share than the European Union's average," said Rutins.
