Conference-exhibition IESMA 2014 to take place in Lithuania
The event is supported by NATO Emerging Security Challenges Division, NATO Science for Peace and Security Programme, NATO Support Agency and the Ministry of Defence of the United Kingdom.
The exhibition will introduce the best practices and technological innovations improving energy efficiency in the military and promoting innovative energy technologies in the military.
Approximately 30 companies from Lithuania, Latvia, the United Kingdom, France, the United States and Germany will introduce their equipment and solutions.
Experts of the academic community, private and defence sectors will discuss opportunities to implement initiatives to enhance energy efficiency in the military and will share their experience.
The event will be opened by President of Lithuania Dalia Grybauskaite, NATO Assistant Secretary General Sorin Ducaru, Ambassador of Georgia to Lithuania Khatuna Salukvadze and Director of the NATO Energy Security Centre of Excellence Colonel Gintaras Bagdonas.
