Lithuanian Prime Minister Algirdas Butkevicius addresses Government's spending in 2015, informs LETA/ELTA.

"We will be lowering government's spending by 5%, at the same 5% rate for every administrator of appropriations." said the prime minister.

Butkevicius reassured that first of all spending costs would be lowered for ministries and not statutory institutions.

"I believe we have enough resources. Another important aspect is motivation for government employees to raise their qualification and gain more knowledge in order to improve their work quality," stressed Algirdas Butkevicius.
