BC, Vilnius, 14.07.2020.Print version
Nasdaq Vilnius is resuming trading in Grigeo shares on Tuesday after the Lithuanian paper and cardboard producer released its audited annual report for 2019, the stock exchange said.

Trading in Grigeo shares was suspended on July 1 following the company's announcement that was postponing the release its audited annual financial statements because the audit had not yet been completed.

According to Grigeo's annual report released on Monday evening, the group's audited consolidated net profits fell by 5% last year to 13.624 mln euros as consolidated sales revenue went down by 1.6% to 140.274 mln euros.

The group is made up of Grigeo, the parent company, and its subsidiaries Grigeo Packaging, Grigeo Baltwood, Grigeo Klaipeda, Mena Pak, Grigeo Recycling, and Latvia's Grigeo Recycling.

Ginvildos Investicija, a company owned by Gintautas Pangonis, owned 43.5% of Grigeo at the end of March, and Irena Ona Miseikiene held a 13.07% stake.

Grigeo is quoted on the Vilnius stock market's blue-chip Main List.
