Klaipedos Nafta gets LNG regasification licence

Print versionKlaipedos Nafta, the developer and operator of the Lithuanian liquefied natural gas (LNG) terminal, on 27 November received a Natural Gas Regasification License from the National Commission for Energy Control and Prices, cites LETA/ELTA.

After evaluation of the company's technological, financial and management capability, the Commission has decided that Klaipedos Nafta has sufficient capabilities to perform natural gas regasification activity according to the legal acts.
Natural Gas Regasification License is the final and essential document necessary to launch LNG terminal operations.
