Klaipedos Nafta’s loadings decreased by 30% in June

Lithuanian oil company Klaipedos Nafta reloaded 482, 000 tonnes of oil products into its terminal repositories in June, 2012. The volume of loadings went 30 percent down from 690, 000 tonnes in the same period last year. The decrease in loading is a result of the planned overhaul of a petroleum refining company Orlen Lietuva.

Preliminary revenues of the Company during June 2012 accounted to LTL 9.3 million (EUR 2.7 million), 2.3 times less if compared to June 2011 (LTL 21.5 million (EUR 6.2 million)). In June 2011 the Company’s revenues increased due to  successful sales of oil products recovered from bilge waters that brought LTL 5.7 million (EUR 1.7 million), writes oil.lt.

 

Revenue of 2011 increased due to one time sale of the oil products purified from bilge oils. The sale generated income of LTL 5.7 million (EUR 1.7 million).


Also preliminary revenues of the Company during six months 2012 accounted to LTL 69.4 million (EUR 20.1 million) it is 14 per cent less if compared the same period in previous year (six months 2011 – LTL 80.5 million (EUR 23.3 million)).
