Price of Paldiski bio-diesel plant has fallen to 7 mln EUR

Print versionBankruptcy receivers of AS Biodiesel Paldiski are selling the company’s all assets for the initial price of 7 million EUR at a repeated auction. In September 2010 the property was at auction for nearly 24 million EUR, LETA/Äripäev writes.

VAT is not added to the price. The property includes building rights, valid till 2035, in the town of Paldiski and production equipment and inventories leased via SEB. AS Tallinna Sadam has been listed as the owner of the registered immovable property burdened with loan obligations, Official Announcements indicate.
The registered immovable property is burdened with a nearly 12 million EUR and 5 million EUR mortgage in favour of SEB Pank. The movable property of Biodiesel Paldiski is burdened with a nearly 2.88 million EUR commercial pledge in favour of SEB Pank.
