Print versionLithuania-based energy company Lietuvos Energija in a framework of implementing the electricity sector reorganization plan, on October 8, 2010, acquired from an enterprise Visagino Atomine Elektrine 6.228 ordinary registered shares of a joint-stock company Lietuvos Elektrine.

Nominal value of the shares equal to one litas, which comprises 4.27% of all shares of the joint-stock company Lietuvos Elektrine, informs ELTA/LETA.
The shares were acquired appraising shares of the joint-stock company Lietuvos Elektrine and defining market value, performed by independent appraisers.
