Eesti Energia to pay 324 mln kroons of dividends to the State

Print versionThe supervisory board of Eesti Energia approved of the shareholder’s dividends on Friday, writes Postimees.ee/LETA.

According to the board’s decision, the company will pay the State 324 million kroons of dividends from the profits earned during the financial year of 2008/2009.
In accordance with the Government’s decision made on February 26 this year, Eesti Energia will pay 224 million kroons of dividends. The amount will be increased by 100 million kroons in addition to the amount foreseen in the second negative supplementary State budget.
