The summer school open on July 23 – August 1 is dedicated for BA and MA students from Belarus, Lithuania and the U.S. Participants will listen to lectures as well as debate on issues of protection and defence of human rights, analyze practical situations, and participate in court pageants, informs ELTA.

Lectures will be delivered by lecturers from Switzerland, Great Britain, the U.S., Lithuania, and Belarus. After the lectures, apart from practical exercises, the participants of the summer school will be presented with principles of activities of institutions, ensuring the protection of human rights in Lithuania.

The school is organised by the Law Department of Mykolas Romeris University, Human Rights Monitoring Institute, Elon University (the U.S.A.), in cooperation with University of Humanities, situated in Vilnius.
