Rõivas stressed that it is extremely important to show unity of the Nordic and Baltic states now. Rõivas said that the Tallinn office of the Nordic Council of Ministers has created an impressive network for finding the best active cooperation projects in Estonia. He said that the population migration project is a good example here. He said that Estonians value highly the chance to study and work abroad and the state's interest should be to encourage people to get experiences abroad.
