On August 23 a column of cars will be following the steps of the Baltic Way up to the Latvian border, where the meeting with the signatories of the Act of Independence of Latvia, representatives of Latvian People's Front and today's politicians will be held, reported LETA/ELTA.

"August 23, the day of the Baltic Way is especially vital in terms of nation's and public's journey into consciousness (). Only solidarity of the three Baltic states led us to the freedom," says political analyst Alvydas Medalinskas.
