Rudnevs officially joins German football club Hamburg SV

On Friday, Latvian forward Artjoms Rudnevs officially signed a four-year deal with German football club Hamburg SV, informs LETA.
With the signing, Rudnevs has become the first footballer from Latvia to play in the German ''Bundesliga''.
It was previously rumored that SV paid a EUR 3 to 3.5 million transfer fee for Rudnevs from his previous club – Poznan ''Lech''.
Rudnevs was the top scorer in the Polish league this past season with 22 goals.
At the moment, Hamburg SV is in 15th place in the German ''Bundesliga'' with 36 points from 34 matches.
