Estonian football team ranked 57th, Latvian 68th and Lithuanian 92nd in latest FIFA rankings

The Latvian national men's football team has stayed put in the latest FIFA football rankings, and is currently ranked 68th. The Lithuanian side has moved up two spots to 92nd position in the rankings this month. Meanwhile, Estonia has moved up one to achieve its best ever FIFA ranking – 57th, informs LETA.
The Latvian football team currently has 466 ranking points.
As reported, Latvia played its final EURO 2012 qualifiers this October, defeating Malta 2:0, but losing to Croatia 0:2.
Latvia will not play any competitive matches until most likely February of next year. Latvia will play its next official match next September, when it will begin its World Cup 2014 qualification campaign.
Spain is ranked first, followed by the Netherlands and Germany in third.
Uruguay is ranked fourth, followed in fifth by England and Brazil in sixth.
Portugal is ranked seventh, Croatia is ranked eighth, Italy is in ninth, whilst Argentina is ranked 10th.
