An exhibition of tulips from entire Lithuania is to be opened at Girstutis" Culture and Sports Center in Kaunas on Friday.

Its organizers – the Lithuanian Flowers Selectors" Union – are inviting not only creators of new varieties of plants to participate in the exhibition, but selectors, cherishers of beauty and traditions and lovers of flowers to attend it too.

The aim of the exhibition of flowers in Kaunas is to spread beauty and show the public the varieties of flowers created by Lithuanian selectors, Danute Dainauskaite, chairwoman of the board of directors of the Lithuanian Flowers Selectors" Union, told ELTA.
