Sudraba will not run for president in Latvia

Print versionState Auditor General Inguna Sudraba does not intend going into politics, and will not run for president.
Sudraba said this morning on the LNT TV morning news show that at the moment and also next year, when funding for the State Audit Office will be decreased, she will focus only on her work, writes LETA.
"I do not think about anything else, I focus on my job at the State Audit Office," said Sudraba commenting her possible nomination for president.
Sudraba is the State Auditor General since December 2004, she was reelected for a second term by Saeima in December 2008.
