Lithuania’s PM to meet with Putin and to participate in Rostropovich festival

Print versionA delegation led by Prime Minister Andrius Kubilius is scheduled to visit Moscow on March 26-27. Upon the invitation of Mstislav Rostropovich's family, Prime Minister Kubilius together with his wife Rasa will take part in the International Rostropovich Festival. Rasa Kubiliene heads the Rostropovich Fund in Lithuania, informs ELTA/LETA.
The prime minister also received an invitation to meet with Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin.
During the visit Lithuanian prime minister will meet with representatives of the Russian Government, Lithuanian businessmen, Lithuanian community, Russian artists, journalists and the academic community, informs the Government's press service.
