On August 4 this summer, the famous American musician Madonna will perform her only concert in the Baltic states at the Tallinn Song Festival Ground in Estonia, as the concert organizer FBI spokesman Kristaps Karklins told LETA.

The concert in Estonia will be part of Madonna's "Sticky&Sweet Tour".

The concert will be warmed up by one of the world's most famous DJs – Paul Oakenfold.

Altogether, approximately 70,000 tickets will go on sale for Madonna's show, they will be available in all the three Baltic states starting from 10 a.m. on March 5.

Madonna started her world tour "Sticky&Sweet Tour" last year and the tour concerts have already been attended by more than 2 million people in 58 countries. The tour has turned out to be the most successful in the artist's career as its profit in 2008 amounted to approximately USD 280 million. As all the concerts were sold out, the "Sticky&Sweet Tour" can be considered the most successful solo artist tour in the history of music business.

Madonna's show in the capital of Estonia will be her first performance in the Baltic states.

FBI director Inga Kadeka underlines that Madonna's concert will be one of the most outstanding events in the history of show business in the Baltic states.

The Tallinn Song Festival Ground was chosen as the venue for the concert because it has a floor capacity for an audience of over 70,000 people.

The "Sticky&Sweet Tour" is organized to promote the singer's latest album "Hard Candy", which features such singles as "4 Minutes", "Give It 2 Me", "Miles Away"; the album debuted at number one in 37 countries' album charts.

Members of the FBI concert club will be offered to buy concert tickets already as of March 2, Karklins informed.
