TTT Riga lose to Familia in FIBA Euroleague

In FIBA Women's Euroleague action on Thursday, Latvian basketball club TTT Riga lost to Italian club Schio Familia 72:76, informs LETA.


Kitija Laksa led the way for the Latvian club with 23 points, two rebounds and three steals, while Sandrine Gruda was the top scorer for the Italian club with 21 points and five rebounds.


TTT Riga will play its next ''bubble'' match on Friday against Russian basketball club Yekaterinburg UGMK.


As reported, TTT Riga opened the new FIBA Euroleague season on Tuesday with a 79:81 loss to Spanish club Girona Spar Citylift.


TTT Riga finished in last place in its group last season and failed to qualify for the Euroleague playoffs.
