Latvian Football Federation to work remotely for the time being after person infected with Covid-19 attended recent congress
Print versionThe Latvian Football Federation has called on all of those who attended last week's congress on July 3 at the Elektrum Olympic Center to take a Covid-19 test, the organization informs LETA.
The LFF points out that one of the persons who attended the congress was infected with Covid-19 at the time.
The LFF also points out that it will work remotely for the time being.
Meanwhile, Guntars Indriksons, a relative of the former president of the Latvian Football Federation Guntis Indriksons, who also attended the congress, posted on his Facebook page that he has been infected with Covid-19 and is feeling better at the moment. He said that during the congress he did not feel any symptoms.
The LFF has already been in contact with the Center for Disease Prevention and Control, which has recommended the organization on how best to proceed.
