I Land Sound festival postponed until 2021 in Estonia

BC, Tallinn, 30.06.2020.Print version

While the Estonian festival I Land Sound was originally supposed to take place on a smaller scale than usual, then by the decision of the local government the festival will be postponed until 2021.

Organizers of I Land Sound, which was supposed to take place in Orissaare, Saaremaa, had been hoping to hold the festival for a limited number of festivalgoers this year -- 1,000 people. However, on June 26, the rural municipality of Saaremaa announced that it will not allow for the festival to happen this year due to risk of COVID-19. All festival passes that are not returned will be automatically exchanged for next year's tickets. The sale of next year's festival passes will continue where this year's sale left off.

A two-week window for selling back one's ticket started on Monday. Ticket returns can be announced within 14 days, followed by a 30-day refund period.

To request a refund, it is necessary to fill in the form above, in which the data of the ticket buyer and the transaction ID in the explanation of the payment order must be entered. Festival passes, accommodation and transport tickets can all be returned and, if necessary, they must be applied for separately.

Applications can be submitted at www.ticketer.ee/refund
