Latvian sprinter Buksa wins gold in 200m at European Athletics U-23 Championships

Latvian sprinter Sindija Buksa won the gold medal in the women’s 200 meters dash at the European Athletics Under-23 Championships in Sweden on Friday, achieving her season’s best, reported LETA.

Buksa won her semi-final, clocking 23.39 seconds, and triumphed in the final, running the distance in 23.24 seconds, which is Buksa’s best result this season.
