VEF Riga takes 3-1 lead in LBL finals

Print versionIn the fourth game of the Latvian Basketball League finals
last night, VEF Riga defeated Ventspils 98:90.
Thus, VEF Riga has taken a 3-1 lead in the best-of-seven
series.
Glenn Cosey led the scoring for VEF Riga with 26 points,
while Rihards Lomazs was the top scorer for Ventspils with 18 points.
The fifth game of the series will be played in Ventspils on
Friday.
Ventspils is a 10x Latvian champion, while VEF Riga has
taken the national title 5x.
