Bertans scores 19 points; Spurs lose to Heat

Print versionIn NBA action on Wednesday, Latvian forward Davis Bertans scored 19 points, but his San Antonio Spurs still lost to the Miami Heat 88:95 (20:27, 22:23, 22:25, 24:20), reported LETA.
Bertans also pulled down four rebounds, made one assist, blocked one shot and had one steal.
Patty Mills lead the way for the Spurs with 20 points and Demar Derozen had 18 points. Hassan Whiteside scored 29 points and grabbed 20 rebounds for the Heat.
In the NBA's Western Conference standings at the moment, the Spurs are in seventh place with six wins and four losses, while the Heat are currently in seventh place in the Eastern Conference.
The Spurs will next play the Houston Rockets.
