Gulbis defeated by Berrettini in 2nd round of the French Open

Print versionLatvia's Ernests Gulbis was defeated by Matteo Berrettini (Italy) 2-6, 6-3, 4-6, 3-6 in the second round of the French Open on Wednesday, informs LETA.
Gulbis has earned a total of 70 of ATP ranking points for reaching the second round of the tournament.
The Latvian had 15 double errors, while Berrettini just two. Likewise, Gulbis made 67 unforced errors, compared to Berrettini's 29.
At the moment, Gulbis is 160th in the ATP rankings, while Berrettini is in 96th place.
As reported, in the first round of the French Open, Gulbis beat Gilles Muller (Luxembourg) 2-6, 6-4, 6-4, 6-3, who is 34th in the ATP rankings.
