Sevastova through to fourth round at Indian Wells

Print versionOn Monday, Latvia's second-best ranked lady tennis player Anastasija Sevastova defeated Germany's Julia Goerges 6-3, 6-3 in the third round of the Indian Wells Premier series tennis tournament, informs LETA.
At the moment, Sevastova is ranked 20th in the WTA rankings, while Goerges is ranked 12th.
Sevastova has earned 120 WTA ranking points for advancing to the fourth round at Indian Wells, where she will take on eighth ranked Venus Williams.
