VEF Riga take down Khimki in VTB League

BC, Riga, 13.02.2018.

In VTB United League action on Monday, Latvian basketball club VEF Riga shocked Russian basketball club Moscow Region Khimki 77:73, which also plays in the ULEB Euroleague, informs LETA.

This was the third win in a row in the VTB League for VEF Riga.

Ken Brown led the scoring for the Latvian club with 22 points, followed by Kristaps Janicenoks with 21 points.

Meanwhile, Taylor Rochestie led the way for the Russian club with 15 points.

In the VTB United League standings at the moment, VEF Riga is in ninth place with four wins and ten losses, while Khimki is in sixth place with seven wins and seven losses.
