Adverse weather conditions at St.Moritz, i.e. heavy snow, did not hinder the top bobsled quartets from good runs to earn a platform on the podium, including Latvia's Oskars Melbardis, who took the bronze medal, informs LETA.

Latvia-2, piloted by Oskars Kibermanis, ended the competition – Stage 7 in the World Cup, in sixth place.

Maximilian Arndt (Germany) won the gold medal, but Benjamin Meier (Austria) – the silver.

This Cup stage was also designated the European Championship.
