Riga ''Dinamo'' take down ''Lada'' in OT shoot-out

In Kontinental Ice Hockey League (KHL) action on Monday, Latvian ice hockey club Riga ''Dinamo'' defeated Russian ice hockey club Tolyatti ''Lada'' 2:1 in an overtime shoot-out, informs LETA.
Andris Dzerins scored the regulation goal for ''Dinamo'', with Miks Indrasis scoring the winner in the OT shoot-out.
It is interesting to point out that Latvian national team goalie Edgars Masalskis was in goal for ''Lada'' last night.
In the KHL's Western Conference standings at the moment, ''Dinamo'' is in 10th place with 23 points and 17 matches, while ''Lada'' is in last place in the Eastern Conference with just nine points.
''Dinamo'' will play its next match on Wednesday at Russian ice hockey club Nizhnekamsk ''Neftehimik''.
