Poem of young Lithuanian poet Lukas to be published in Britain

Print versionLukas Masaitis is only 11 and lives in London, similarly to many other Lithuanians living abroad. Lukas goes to a public school. He does not feel exceptional despite the fact that his poem will be soon read by thousands of poetry fans.
The certificate signed by Alison Jones, head of the Young Writers publishing house, sent to the parents of Lukas Masaitis certifies that their son"s poem will be published in the collection of poems written by young poets in 2008, informs ELTA.
This year over 25,000 kids and teenagers writing in English from Great Britain and abroad attempted to be selected into this prestigious collection.
