According to Estonia's Health and Labor Minister Jevgeni Ossinovski, Justice Minister Urmas Reinsalu hid behind formal and technical justifications when he did not approve Ossinovski's plans for restricting the advertising and sale of alcohol because the government has basically already agreed on the plan and therefore the bill would probably be sent to the parliament in the coming weeks, informs LETA/BNS.
