Stock decline on the US, Asian and European markets will not affect Lithuania's economy, as it does not feature characteristics of bubbles, economists say, adding that bourse movement could revise prices of shares quoted on the stock exchanges of the three Baltic states, reports LETA/BNS.

The Latvian Finance Ministry sees no reason to worry that the project for development of port infrastructure in the Krievu Sala area in Riga would fail to attain the prescribed goals which would lead to downsizing of the EU funding for the project, the ministry's parliamentary secretary, Edgars Putra (Greens/Farmers), said at the meeting of the parliamentary committee on public expenditure and audit on Tuesday, informs LETA.
