Nordic Hotels wants to have its Riga Hotel Bellevue declared bankrupt

The bankruptcy of the four-star hotel in the capital of Latvia will be aimed for as the company did not reach an agreement on lowering the rent with the lessor of the hotel facility.
CEO of Nordic Hotels Latvija SIA Feliks Mägus stated in the company's press release that the bankruptcy proceedings are by no means linked to the Estonian enterprises of Nordic Hotels nor with the hotels in Estonia.
Nordic Hotel Bellevue that is situated in the heart of Riga opened its doors in April 2008. The hotel has 112 guest rooms.
