Riga Tourism Development Bureau pleased with participation in "The Meetings Show UK"

The Riga Tourism Development Bureau considers participation in the meeting industry fair "The Meetings Show UK" in London, where Riga was represented by the "Meet Riga" brand, a success, as "Meet Riga" marketing manager Aigars Smiltans told LETA.

"This is the second year in a row that the Riga Tourism Development Bureau participates in "The Meetings Show UK" professional fair in London, and this year has been particularly successful.

 

During the fair, we had 42 meetings with organizers of conferences and corporate events, and representatives of international associations from Great Britain, Germany, Sweden, Norway, Netherlands, Belgium, Italy and other European countries. We have already received letters from six countries that are considering Riga and Latvia a prospective destination for conferences, congresses, and corporate events," said Smiltans.

 

The Riga Tourism Development Bureau took part in "The Meetings Show UK" from July 7 to July 9 at the "Olympia London" Exhibition Center.
