On Tuesday, 24 March, the event will be attended by Ukrainian tourism companies such as Travel Professional Group, Olymp-Travel, Bohemia Service, Perfect Tour, Smart Tour, International Travel Group and others. Lithuanian companies who will showcase their services, products and novelties include: Infinita Group, Estravel Vilnius, Medical Diagnostic and Treatment Centre, hotel Energetikas, Green Hotel etc.

According to VTD Director, Jurgita Kazlauskiene, based on the latest statistics of 2014, the increase of the number of Ukrainian tourists in Lithuania's accommodation establishments was one of the greatest. 46,800 Ukrainians were accommodated in 2014, by 65.2 percent more than in 2013.

The director says the goal of the visit is to attract even more tourists from Ukraine and find potential business partners.

Commerce Attache of the Lithuanian Embassy to Ukraine, Rimantas Segzda, believes that Ukrainians choose to spend weekends or longer holidays in Lithuania not only because of the complex geopolitical situation. He says Ukrainians have discovered Lithuania as a tourism destination, have learned more about it and ascertained that it is a friendly and hospitable country.
