BC, Tallinn, 11.07.2014.Print version
The number of flats advertised as property for sale is growing in Estonia, increasing competition between those selling real estate, writes Äripäev.ee/LETA.

It is not yet clear whether the number of offers is high enough to halt the fast price increase.

A total of 16,868 flats were advertised as for sale in the web portal KV.EE in June. This is 8% more than during the same month last year. The number of sales offers has been growing since the beginning of 2014, in Tallinn the year-on-year growth has been 25%.

The average price of a square metre of a flat up for sale has grown to 1,273 euros in a year, approximately by 20% more than a year ago. In Tallinn, the offer prices grew by 15% in a year.
