Print versionCompared to December 2013, the average price of Soviet-era apartments in Riga increased 1% to EUR 606 per square meter in January 2014, according to the latest market overview by the real estate company Latio, informs LETA.

In comparison with January 2013, the average price of Soviet-era apartments in Riga grew 3.6% in January 2014.
In January 2014, the prices of quality Soviet-era apartments in Riga's most popular suburbs, such as Purvciems, Plavnieki, Zolitude, Imanta and Ziepniekkalns ranged from EUR 23,000 to EUR 30,000 for one-room apartments, from EUR 32,000 to EUR 41,000 for two-room, from EUR 37,000 to EUR 48,000 for three-room, and from EUR 43,000 to EUR 52,000 for four-room apartments.
