Apartment prices in Vilnius and Riga remained stable, but in Tallinn went up in August

Apartment prices in Vilnius and Riga remained stable in August 2012, while in Tallinn they went up by 0.9%, shows the apartment price index of Ober-Haus Real Estate Advisors.

The most notable annual changes in apartment prices in August were observed in Riga. According to Ober-Haus data, apartment prices in Latvian capital city compared to August 2011 increased by 5.3%, while prices grew by 4% in Estonia's capital, writes LETA/ELTA.

 

Negative annual changes were recorded in Vilnius and Warsaw: in the last 12 months prices in Vilnius decreased by 1.2% and 2.1% in Polish capital.

 

In August, the highest square metre price among the three Baltic States remained in Vilnius: EUR 1,194/sq.m. In Tallinn, it stands at EUR 1,095/sq.m., EUR 988/sq.m. in Riga and EUR 1,933/sq.m. in Warsaw.
