Rent of dwellings increased in price by 23.1% in Estonia in June

Print versionThe price level of dwellings rent increased by 23.1% in June 2012 as compared to the corresponding month last year, reports LETA/Dv.ee referring to the data provided by the Estonian Statistics Department.

Overall costs on dwellings increased by 8.9%, the mayor part of the increase was due to the price increase of electricity, and heating (11.2%).
Electricity, heating and fuel became more expensive, that trend affects many people in Estonia, said representative of Price level and Wages Department at the Statistics Department of Estonia.
