Ober-Haus: apartment prices in Riga increased by 0.4% in November

Print versionIn November 2011, apartment prices in Riga grew by 0.4%, according to real estate company Ober-Haus Riga's apartment price index.

Ober-Haus points out that, in November, the greatest activity was recorded among foreign buyers who were interested in two or three-room apartments in order to receive residency permits, writes LETA.
Over the past 12 months, apartment prices in Riga have increased 5.8%, according to the index.
Compared to the record high prices registered in May 2007, apartment prices in Riga have dropped 58.7%.
