Apartment prices in Riga down 0.2% in July - Ober-Haus

Print versionThis past July, apartment prices in Riga reduced 0.2 percent, according to real estate company Ober-Haus Riga apartment price index.

Local buyers were quite active in July, mostly inquiring about small and economic one-, two- and three-room apartments in Riga suburbs or apartments in new housing projects located near Riga center.
Over the past 12 months, apartment prices in Riga have increased 4.6 percent, according to the Ober-Haus Riga apartment price index, LETA/ NOZARE.LV reported.
Compared to the record high prices registered in May 2007, apartment prices in Riga have reduced 59.5 percent.
