Print versionApartment prices in Riga this past April remained stable, according to the apartment retail price index from the real estate company Ober-Haus.

There were no relevant changes in exclusive residential properties, residential properties located in the center of the city, new projects or in secondary market apartments located in the suburbs.
Activity in the center of the city remained stable, with most buyers from Russia and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), writes LETA.
Local interest has increased, however, the choice of apartments remains limited due to fewer qualitative apartments offered.
During the past 12 months, the price of apartments has risen 4.8%.
Compared to May 2007, when the apartment prices in Riga were at an all-time high, prices have decreased by 59.7%.
