Number of real estate transactions in Estonia grew by 26.5% in Q2

The number of concluded real estate purchase and sale agreements grew to 8,188 in the second quarter of 2010, writes LETA/Postimees Online. This is by 26.5% more than a year ago.

The total value of notarised real estate transactions grew by only 13% to 4.78 billion kroons, reported the Statistics Board on Thursday.

 

The average interest rate on housing loans issued to individuals was in April 4.9%, in May 5.7% and in June 2.6%.
