Apartment offer prices increased a little in Estonia in Q1

Print versionWhile in January 2010, the average price for an apartment asked by a seller was 15,292 kroons in Estonia, in March it was just a bit higher, 15,324 kroons, LETA/Postimees Online cites City24 statistics.

In Tallinn, sellers wanted an average of 19,918 kroons per sq metre in January and 19,995 kroons in March.
In Tartu also no major fluctuations have taken place in three months and the offer price of apartments stayed at around 16,000 kroons a sq metre.
In Pärnu, the offer prices fluctuated most: in three months, the price of a sq metre grew by nearly 3%, from 15,705 kroons to 16,143 kroons.
