Apartment offer prices fell by 23% in 2009 in Estonia

While at the beginning of the year, an average of 19,859 kroons pr sq metre was asked for apartments, by the end of the year the figure was 15,347 kroons, real estate portal City24.ee statistics environment Spot indicates.
In Tallinn, the offer prices of apartments fell from 24,752 to 20,036 kroons or 19% in a year.
In Tartu, sellers lowered the average price of a sq metre from 19,378 to 16,338 kroons or 16%.
In Pärnu, the fall was 22%, from 20,436 to 15,947 kroons.
