Price of Tallinn apartments increased by 3.2% in November

During the month 824 apartments in Tallinn changed hands and the combined value of the transactions was 80.3 million euros, 9.3% more than in November 2016. In the same month last year transactions numbered 791 and their total value was 73.5 million euros.
The median price of Tallinn apartments was 1,692 euros, 8% higher than in November 2016.
Apartment prices elsewhere in Estonia increased 2.2% year over year to 682 euros.
During the month 988 apartments outside of Tallinn changed hands and the combined value of the transactions was 40.9 million euros. In the same month last year transactions numbered 1,012 and their total value was 40.6 million euros.
In October the average price of apartments in Tallinn increased 8.7% to 1,763 euros per square meter, while the average price of apartments outside Tallinn rose 17.2% to 750 euros.
