Tallinn apartment prices up 4.7% on year in April

Print versionhe price per square meter of apartments in Tallinn rose 4.7% year on year in April, averaging 1,660 euros, figures available from the Estonian Land Board show LETA/BNS.

During the month 926 apartments in Tallinn changed hands and the combined value of the transactions was nearly 38 mln euros. In the same month last year transactions numbered 748 and their total value was 66.7 mln euros.
The median price of Tallinn apartments was 1,608 euros, 6.5% higher than in April 2016.
Apartment prices elsewhere in Estonia rose 9.3% year over year to 687 euros.
In March the average price of apartments in Tallinn was 1,677 euros and of apartments outside Tallinn 668 euros per square meter.
