he number of apartments for sale in Riga's residential neighborhoods included in the Arco Real Estate report declined for the eight consecutive month already. In December, the supply of apartments fell 15.2%.

Compared to December 2015, the supply of apartments remained significantly lower - the number of apartments for sale was by 26.5% lower, and the supply of apartments in the capital city's largest residential neighborhoods contracted by 31.3%.

According to the Arco Real Estate report, the highest number of apartments for sale in December was in Purvciems, Agenskalns and Plavnieki, while the lowest supply was recorded in Bolderaja and Vecmilgravis.

In December 2016, the number of apartments for sale declined in all residential neighborhoods of Riga. The drop was especially steep in Bolderaja where apartments for sale fell 32.3%.
