Lithuania's Civinity expanding to Latvia

Print versionCivinity, a Lithuanian group that provides administration and maintenance services for households and other types of buildings, is expanding its operations in Latvia and plans to shortly purchase a Latvian building maintenance company, RBSSKALS Serviss, Verslo Zinios business daily said cites LETA/BNS.

"We aim to consolidate the Latvian market by way of
acquisitions. We have already purchased two largest building administration
companies but this is not the end to our acquisitions in Latvia. We intend to
by at least one more company by the end of this year," Civinity CEO Vitoldas Sapoznikovas said.
In his words, the deal should be finalized in
the coming few days. The value of the deal is withheld.
